Getting Ralts in Pokémon Light Platinum is an excellent choice if you are looking for a Psychic/Fairy-type Pokémon for your team. To find it, the first step is to head to Dardusk City and take the path north towards the National Park.

Once there, you must search in the tall grass. It has a low encounter rate, so you must be patient.

Once caught, Ralts evolves into Kirlia at level 20 and then into Gardevoir at level 30. For Gallade, it's different. Once you have Kirlia, you must give it a Sun Stone to evolve it into Gallade. You can get the Sun Stone in Rycian City in one of the houses from the Evolution Stone seller.
