Eighth Gym and Victory Road

Once you complete the Giratina and Team Steam events, the Gym to get the final Badge will be open. This Gym is Dragon-type, so we recommend having Ice-type Pokémon.

The Gym subordinates and their Pokémon teams are as follows:

After defeating all the subordinates, you will be able to face the Gym Leader. His team is as follows:

Once you defeat him, you will receive the last Zhery Badge. He will also give you TM02 - Dragon Claw.

Your next destination is Victory Road, but first you will have to find Red, who is on the first floor of the Department Store. Talk to him and he will give you HM07 - Waterfall.

Then, head to Route 416 and go to the waterfall to access Victory Road. However, Solana will be at the entrance and will tell you that Lunick wants to have a battle with you on Route 415, at his house.

Lunick's house is to the left, on Route 415 (you already had a battle with Solana here). Go inside and battle Lunick. His team is as follows:

Now you're ready! Once you defeat Lunick, Solana will no longer block the entrance to Victory Road and you will be able to enter to later reach the Zhery Pokémon League.

Items: Full Restore, Super Potion, Ultra Ball, TM08 - Bulk Up.

Items: Fire Stone, TM42 - Facade.

The Pokémon that appear outside Victory Road using Surf are the following:

Once you go outside, just before entering the sea, Gold will challenge you to a Pokémon battle:

In the depths there are no battles or items to get. To exit, go to the surface in the second room. Once you do, you will be very close to reaching the Pokémon League.

When you exit, go all the way to the right and you will reach the League. But, as is customary in this game, before arriving, one of your rivals, Red, will appear and challenge you to a battle.

Once you defeat him, you will have finally reached the Zhery Pokémon League! You will see it on the next page.
