Pokémon Light Platinum Walkthrough
Route 404 and 405 Snorlax on the Bridge
After getting the Bug-type Gym Badge, head north of the city to access Route 404. On this route, you will be able to catch a wide variety of Pokémon by using Headbutt on trees and exploring the tall grass.

As you advance, you will meet two Rangers, Lunick and Solana. First, you will have a battle with Lunick,

After the battle, Lunick will head south and Solana north. Further along the route, a fisherman will teach you how to fish and give you the Good Rod.
On this route, you will find an even greater variety of Pokémon by using Surf, and you will be able to catch Pineco, a rare Pokémon, by using Headbutt on trees.

To the far left, there is a house where a man will give you a Miltank, a recommended addition to your team. Then, continue north to Route 405 to meet Gold and have a second battle against him.

After defeating him, continue north and you will see two Snorlax blocking the path. Approach them and a nearby girl wearing a cowboy hat will inform you that she is the owner of the Honey shop in Inhore City. Return to the city, buy Honey, and come back to wake up the Snorlax.
Once you have bought the Honey and woken up one Snorlax, you will have two more battles before reaching Pantem Town. We recommend fighting only one, as the other will stay there and you can wake it up at any time.
