Seanport City, Imatari Island and Third Gym
In this city, there are many things you can do before heading to the main event and then facing the Gym.
- A man in a house gives you the Super Rod.
- In one of the houses, a sailor will give you a Lapras.
- Near the shop, a Bug Catcher will give you a BrightPowder.
- You can trade a Seadra for a Carvanha, which will evolve into Kingdra.
- A sailor next to the Pokémon Center gives you a Water Stone.
If you enter the Gym, you will notice it is empty. The Leader, along with the Hoenn Champion, Steven, will be waiting for you to help them go to a nearby island where Team Steam is causing trouble again.

This Water-type Gym has no subordinates and features a very easy puzzle system to quickly reach Lucas, the Leader. His team is as follows.
