Post-Game: The World Championship

Leave your house and head to the Arceus statue to talk to Ash, who will give you the World Pass. Travel to Central City and take the train at the railway station.

Upon arriving in the new area, move downwards, go right and use Surf on the beach heading east until you reach solid ground. Follow the only available path to reach the World Championship venue. To register, talk to any of the receptionists at the right counter.
