Route 414, Snowce City, Seventh Gym
After witnessing the events of Team Steam, you will finally exit Mt. Icestorm and find yourself on Route 414, where you can catch a good variety of Pokémon.

Just before reaching Snowce City, you will run into Diamond, who will challenge you to a Pokémon battle. His team is as follows:

Once you defeat him, you will only have one more battle left against an NPC on the route before reaching Snowce City.
Before continuing with the adventure, in one of the houses you will find Professor Rowan from Sinnoh, who will give you a choice between Piplup, Turtwig, or Chimchar. Also, a man will trade you his Poliwhirl (holding a King's Rock) for a Staravia.
Before entering the Pokémon Center, Solana will appear out of nowhere and tell you that she thinks the Gym Leader is in Mt. Icestorm practicing with her Pokémon. So that will be your next destination to get the seventh Badge.
The Leader is at the entrance of the cave, so, since you already have Fly, we recommend using it to return to the previous city and enter Mt. Icestorm from there.
Once you find her, she will tell you that she was training and that she will head to the Gym, but that's not entirely true. Just before the cave exit, she will be there with her Froslass, and now she will head to the Gym. This will trigger the event and you will be able to face her in Snowce City.
Now head to the Gym. Before entering, you will run into Red, who will challenge you to a battle. His team is as follows:

Snowce City Gym
This Gym has a very easy and intuitive ice floor puzzle system.

Once you defeat the Leader, she will give you the seventh Zhery Badge, and you will be much closer to your main goal: the Pokémon League.
