Route 415, Route 416 and Team Steam Base
After getting the seventh Gym Badge, head to Route 415.

In the middle of Route 415, you will find Solana, your rival. If you talk to her, you will have a battle. Her team will be as follows:

Once you defeat her, she will tell you that what she likes the most are Pokémon Contests and that from now on she will dedicate herself to them. Then, go inside and talk to the girl with the hat to receive HM08 - Dive.
On this route, you will only be able to find Water Pokémon, since there is no tall grass. The available Pokémon are the following:
- Super Repel, Great Ball, Super Potion
- Ultra Ball, Water Stone
- TM41 - Torment

Before diving into the sea, you will meet Kaori, who will inform you that the Team Steam Secret Base is further ahead and that you will need to use your Team Steam uniform to infiltrate it (the uniform is in your Bag in the Key Items pocket).
To enter the Team Steam Secret Base building, put on the Steam Uniform located in the Bag in Key Items.
