Pokémon Light Platinum Walkthrough
Power Plant, Sixth Gym and Route 417
To earn the sixth Gym Badge, head to the Serenity City Power Plant and go all the way to the back to talk to Rayner, the Leader.
When you get there, he will tell you he was fixing some turbines and that he will return to the Gym. Before leaving, you will have to complete a couple of battles and, on the left, you can get TM25 - Thunder.

Serenity City Gym
The Gym is Electric-type and has a very easy puzzle: simply activate some switches on the sides to turn off the electricity and be able to pass. The Gym subordinates have the following team:

With this victory you obtain the sixth Zhery Badge.
With the sixth Badge, you will be able to use Fly to travel anywhere in the Zhery region. Your next destination will be Route 417.
On this route, you can catch many Pokémon and find some items. Route 417 is ideal for training, so if you need to level up, this is the perfect place.

On the route, you will find the Pokémon Day Care, where you can breed your Pokémon or leave them to level up.
At the end of the route, the path will be blocked, so you will have to return to Serenity City and take Route 413.
