It is a ROM Hack for Game Boy Advance developed by WesleyFG that can be played on emulators and features a new plot, graphics, and a selection of Pokémon from the first to the fifth generation.

Elekid evolves into Electabuzz at level 30 and then evolves into Electivire using a Thunder Stone.
You receive the Running Shoes after defeating the first Gym Leader.
In the Inhore City University you can get the first one, and you get the second one by talking to the girl right outside the Pokémon Center in Bramboch Town.
It has two regions: Zhery and Lauren.
