Route 413, Mt. Icestorm and Mt. Winder
On this route, you will face many battles that will help you train your Pokémon.
You will also find some useful items for your adventure. After exploring a bit, your next goal will be Mt. Icestorm, which is further ahead.

On this floor, to the north, Team Steam will be blocking the exit, so you will have to head east, to Mt. Winder.
On Mt. Winder, you will meet Cynthia. Together with her, you will defeat the Team Steam Grunts. Before meeting Cynthia, you can get TM14 - Blizzard.

Once you reach the top, you will see Cynthia battling a Team Steam member and, further up, Kratos, the Leader of this evil organization. You will battle against him, and after defeating him, Zekrom and Reshiram will start fighting. Just before chaos ensues, Arceus will appear to calm the situation. Team Steam will retreat, Cynthia will thank you, and this will unlock the path in Mt. Icestorm.
After all these events, Team Steam will leave and you will be able to exit Mt. Icestorm to continue your adventure.
But before leaving, you will encounter Gold, who will challenge you to a battle. His team is as follows:
