How to get Latios and Latias in Pokémon Light Platinum?
To catch Latios and Latias, you need to have defeated Steven and completed both Pokémon Leagues.
IMPORTANT: You will need the HMs Fly and Surf.
Latias
Head to Seaport City, then travel south to Route 408.
Find the beach area and use Surf to travel north. Latias is waiting on the water at level 40.
Latios
Head to Central City, the first city north of Yellow Town.
Travel west to Marfeny Lake, where you encountered Feebas and Professor Oak near the beginning of the game. Use Surf to find Latios waiting at level 40.
