How to get Victini in Pokémon Light Platinum?
Victini appears in the middle of the Lauren adventure. Right when you arrive in Flamerny City, in one of the houses in the city (the one next to the Poké Mart), it will appear and will be at Level 15.

Did you know? Victini is the only Pokémon in the entire history of the franchise to occupy number 0 in the Unova regional Pokédex, placing it even before the starter Pokémon.
